Plocher Construction is set to begin construction of completely new Water Treatment Plant, including Sitework, piping, valves, chemical feeds, aerators, high service Pumps, filtration equipment, meters, clearwell, buildings, and all appurtenances. Work is scheduled to begin on May 15.
